Will the joining bonus on applying coupon will be in available or pending state?

The joining bonus on applying the coupon code will always go in confirmed balance state.

How does my referral bonus become available?

Referral bonus is added to your pending balance every time someone signs up with Cashify Rewards using your referral code. Your friend will need to complete the requirements for your respective bonuses to be made available. How can I make my joining bonus available?

When you sign up with Cashify Rewards using a promotional code, a bonus amount is added to your Pending Balance.

Why should I refer a friend?

Can I transfer my balance to another Cashify Rewards account?

Sorry, we do not allow transfer of balance from one Cashify Rewards account to another.

Which stores do not allow me to withdraw cashback to a bank account?

At the moment, Flipkart and Amazon do not allow withdrawal of Cashback to a bank account. The Cashback earned from them is labelled as Cashify Rewards Points and Cashify Rewards Voucher Cashback respectively. Cashify Rewards Points can be redeemed via Wallet/Vouchers where as Cashify Rewards Voucher Cashback can be redeemed through Amazon Pay Wallet or Amazon Pay E Gift Card only.

What are the minimum withdraw limits?

For any mode of transfer (MOBILE/DTH/BANK/WALLET) the minimum withdrawl limit is Rs 10/-

How can I use my available balance?

Cashback earned from Cashify Rewards is your money and can be used to recharge online wallet, phone or DTH accounts or even transferred to your bank account. Minimum withdrawal limits apply.

Note:Cashback earned from some merchants (Cashify Rewards Points) cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

How can I Withdraw my balance?

To withdraw your balance, log in to your Cashify Rewards account and visit the My Account section >Transfers of your profile.

  • Select the method of withdrawal, bank, e-wallet or recharge.
  • Select the account where you wish to transfer your Available Balance.
  • Enter the amount and hit Submit.
  • Bank transfers take between 3-4 business days to reflect in your account. eWallet and Recharge transactions are almost instantaneous but can take upto 48 hours to reflect in your account.

Note:Cashback earned from some merchants (Cashify Rewards Points) cannot be withdrawn to a bank account and is listed separately as rewards. Minimum withdrawal limits apply.

I there a cost to Withdrawing my balance?

No, there is absolutely no cost or fees applicable to withdrawing your balance*.

Does the money in my account expire?

No, the money in your account never expires. It’s your money and you can use it anytime.

What happens once my cashback is cancelled?

If your cashback is cancelled by the retailer, your cashback amount for that transaction will be removed from your pending balance. The status of the transaction will be set to cancelled in your cashback activity page.

Store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of a transaction. Unfortunately, once a retailer has made a decision, it is final.

Are there cases where there is no cashback?

Yes, there are stores and offers on which there is no cashback applicable. These will not carry the additional Cashify Rewards Cashback label.

I do not have a proof of purchase, how do I file a claim?

When a missing cashback claim is filed, we follow up with the merchant regarding the status of the sale. We are unable to do so in cases where we do not have a proof of purchase. Therefore we do not accept missing cashback claims in case there is no proof of purchase.

Why is the tracked pending cashback only an estimate?

Pending cashback tracked amounts are indicative and can change upon final confirmation from store.

This is because when a transaction is tracked, most stores do not provide us all the information required to accurately track cashback. Example: Jabong’s cashback depends on whether you are a new user or an existing user at Jabong. Other factors like the platform used (Desktop / App / Mobile web etc.), and the specific product category for the item you have purchased also affect the cashback rate. However, during tracking the mechants do not give us this information; which is why we cannot always accurately estimate your cashback amount.

In case your cashback transaction was confirmed for an incorrect amount, please file a Missing Cashback Claim for Incorrect Amount.

I made a lot of transactions that did not track, do I need to file missing claims for each one separately?

We recommend that you wait for at least 48 hours after the transaction is made. In cases where a transaction was not tracked automatically even after 48 hours, we recommend you to mail us at support@cashifyreward.com. Our Support team would get back to you within 24 hours and help you further to solve your issue

Unfortunately, we do not have an option for bulk upload of missing transactions. Hence, each claim needs to be individually filed.

How can I ensure I get my cashback?

These are a few things that you can be mindful of to ensure that your cashback tracks properly:

  • Be logged into your Cashify Rewards account.
  • Ensure that you are shopping at a store that offers Cashify Rewards Cashback.
  • When you click an offer or store, Cashify Rewards will open a window linking you to that store. Please ensure that you transact in the opened window.
  • Please ensure that your shopping cart is empty in the shopping window. If it is not empty please clear the contents of your cart and visit the store via Cashify Rewards again.
  • Do not use any price comparison or discount widgets while shopping.
  • For merchant specific conditions please view ‘Useful Tips’ section on the merchant page.

On what Categories Does Amazon Voucher Cashback Applicable?

Amazon Voucher Cash is not provided on all Categories. The Categories on which the Cashback is applicable are updated on regular basis on Amazon Store Page. You can check them on the Amazon Store Page > Voucher Cash Rates. Kindly Verify them before Shopping.

What is the Last Date for Raising a Missing Cashback Request?

The Last date to Submit a Missing Cashback Request is the 1st of the Month for all the transactions performed in the Last Month (Example : For All Missing transactions (If any) from START to END of April, Last Date to Raise the Missing Cashback Request is May 1st.)

Requests raised after the Due Date will not be entertained at any Cost.

Is Cashback Offered on All Stores and Products?

Cashback is not Offered on All Stores, they are changed accordingly with the Partners. Even on Store when Cashback is Offered, the Cashback varies from Product to Product. So Kindly Check the Rates when Shopping.

How much cashback is offered from Cashify Rewards?

Cashback rates vary from store to store and product to product. It varies from 0.1% to 40%. Generally, the cashback on fashion & lifestyle products are always greater than electronics products.

Why was my cashback cancelled?

Some common reasons why cashback is declined are:

  • The order was cancelled.
  • The order was returned or partially returned.
  • The order was exchanged or partially exchanged.
  • The order was changed.
  • The order was paid for using a gift code or gift voucher.
  • The order was paid for using Cash on Delivery.
  • The order might have been classified as bulk order from a wholesaler or a travel agent etc.
  • The order did not comply with the store’s cashback policy. To see details on store specific cashback policy please see ‘Useful Tips’ section for cashback merchants.
  • Sometimes stores do not provide us any specific reason for declining the cashback. In such cases a Missing Cashback claim can be filed and we will do our best to find the reason for cancellation of the cashback.

Why was my confirmed cashback different from pending cashback?

For instance, Jabong cashback varies based on whether you are a new or returning customer. But occasionally, the merchants forget to provide us with this information during tracking, therefore we can’t always estimate your cashback amount with accuracy.

Why is my cashback pending for so long?

How Cashify Rewards Works

There was an offer I saw but it no longer exists on the site. How can I get it?

In some cases, the offers given to us by the store are only valid for a limited duration or until promotion lasts. When the offer reaches its expiration date, we automatically remove it from our Website and Apps.

PayTM confirms my cashback in a few minutes; why can’t you do the same?

The cashback you receive from a retailer such as PayTM and the cashback you receive through PaisaWapas are not the same.
